Massage Therapy

Therapeutic Massage can be an important component of your initial treatment or a valuable addition to your wellness plan. Not only does it help to relax muscles, it increases lymphatic and blood circulation, improves joint mobility, reduces stress and increases immune function. Chiropractic adjustments and massage complement each other and combining the two together can enhance the results for the patient. Whether you are seeking help in healing an injury, releasing tension and stress or giving yourself a gift of mindful, therapeutic work, massage is a beautiful and effective way to facilitate positive change in your body, mind and spirit. No matter which therapist you work with, your massage will be tailored to fit your needs. Each room is a beautifully crafted private space in which to relax and enjoy your massage.

Testimonials

  • "My personality and lifestyle is high-energy and busy, both mentally and physically- so massages released that trapped energy and helped my body remove the toxins and the tension due to my stress and overexertion! The energy here is serene and positive. The skill level is high and if I had the time and money I would absolutely go more often!"

    Deb Zimmerman

  • "Massages before adjustments make my adjustments easier and make me feel better for longer. Not to mention the fewer colds and allergies I've been having since beginning regular massages. Don't wait any longer! See the professionals here at NHFC!"

    Jean Berkey

  • "Massages always make me feel relaxed and in less pain. I move better and am more relaxed in that movement. I have also noticed better circulation throughout!"
